how do i retrieve deleted registry files.: (eg. dll files

as a novice, i seem to have deleted certain dll files from the registry, is
their a way of retrieving these deleted files. i also have on my system list,
errors such as:-7000, 1036, 51, 55, 7023, 7024, 14105, 10010, 7026, 1073,
256, 6161, 1517. i dont know what this means, do i need to fix something??

I don't think MS Access can do it :o)
