How do I retrieve an accidentally deleted excell file?

I cliked on a file name mutiple times and accidentally deleted the file. Is
it retrievable and how to I get it back?
 
Do you have a backup anywhere?

Maybe in your SentFolder (if you sent a copy to someone??)
