How do I retrieve a list of people that have modified a word file

I'm concerned that a word file I have on my company's network has been
modified by another individual and was wondering how I could pull a list of
the individuals that have modified the file and the dates the modifications
occurred. I know I can pull up the last person who modified the file and the
date of modification via file properties, but the information isn't helpful
since i continuously work on the file and am the last person who saved it.
Any help would be appreciated.
 
This information is not stored with the document. The only way you can
obtain this information is if you have a document management system or key
logging software pre-installed.
