How do I retreive missing calendar appointments from last year?

I cannot find last years calendar appointments, my calendar is blank. The
only appointments shown is reocurring. Please let me know if you have any
suggestions on how to find these old calendar appointments. Thank you.

Do you have autoarchive enabled on the calendar folder?
