My Outlook e-mail deletes my settings and all my e-mail. Can these lost items
be retreived? If so, how do I do it?

I would be equally concerned with *why* that is happening. For deleted
messages, check the Deleted Items folder or the Junk E-mail folder.

Check to see if you have some kind of rule in Outlook that is routing
your messages to Deleted Items automatically.

What is going on that makes you believe that Outlook is deleting your
"settings"?

What did you do just before this happened? Outlook does NOT do such things
on its own.

Delends on what you did you make them disappear. It's very possible they're
still available, but until you state what happened, no one can state how to
counteract it.

NEVER import from a PST. You lose data and can corrupt the mail profile.
There's NEVER a need to import from a PST.
