How do I restore the MSCRM toolbar?

I used to have some icons for "promoting an email to MSCRM" and others. They
are gone now. How do I get them back?

Since this sounds like an application (CRM) that modifies Outlook to
integrate itself into Outlook then it sounds like a CRM question more
than an Outlook question, and should get posted in the
microsoft.public.crm newsgroup. Most users here know Outlook. Most
users in the other newsgroup know CRM and that's what you are trying to
integrate into Outlook.
