How do I restore my Outlook Calendar prior to last PDA sync?

My smartphone (AT&T Tilt) Calendar had a sync problem and started repeating
appointments while deleting others. When I went to sync with my PC's Outlook
calendar it corrupted my PC's Outlook calendar. How do I get my original
PC's Outllook calendar restored (version prior to last sync)?
