How do I restore files, deleted from a network computer?

Hi,
In our computer network I looked at files from another computer. I made a
copy of the folder with the files and then I accidentely deleted the folder
(before I had pasted it somewhere else).
Is it possible for me to get the folder back? I've tried to use Clipbook,
but it says "The ClipBook service is unavailable or is not started. Contact
your system administrator to have this service started." It seems it must be
activated and therefore I guess the files are lost forever, since they don't
end up in the Trashbin, because I used a computer on a network...

If you don't have a backup then stop using the computer that had the files
on it immediately. Every time that computer writes to the hard drive there
is less of a chance you will be able to recover the files. On that computer
you need to run a file undelete program.
