How do I resize attachments on an email

I am trying to send photos as an attachment but 1 I can only either send one
at a time from My Documents which gives me the option to make it smaller, but
if I was to insert more than one they are too big to be delicered. How do I
make them smaller???

Edit them with a photo editor program first to reduce their size, then send
them in Outlook.
 
when sending multiple attachments, you should zip them - select all in My
Documents and choose the send to compressed folder option. If that doesn't
make them small enough, you'll need to use a photo editor to reduce the
size.
