How do I remove "Outlook Duplicate Items Remover"

The third party addin "Outlook Duplicate Items Remover" has become corrupted.
Please someone tell me how to remove it from Outlook 2003. Thank you very

Do you see it in Control Panel's Add/remove Programs? If so, close Outlook
and uninstall it there.
