How do I remove Microsoft Antispyware?

When I go into Add Remove Programs Uninstall is not an option. Please Advise.

A little more info--The cleanup tool will allow you to remove the installer
traces for Microsoft Antispyware. I'd then recommend reinstalling it--you
have a failed install--so that you get a proper listing in add or remove
programs. Once you have that listing, you can then remove it properly.

I tried the clean up tool but it doesn't work for me. Even the clean up tool
gives me the following message:
The Windows Installer Message could not be accessed.

So, how do I update or remove the MSantispyware?

D/L to the desktop, and then install
http://www.majorgeeks.com/Microsoft_Windows_AntiSpyware_d4466.html

One time is installaded, unistall it.

After de unistall, reinstall final.

This way all will be set.
