Hi Kevin,
If you want to remove the indent for a text box, then select any of the text
within the text box and click on View --> Ruler. Then select one of the
carets (the gray triangle things on the left of the ruler bar) and drag it
to where you want.
There are two carets on the ruler bar. The one on the top determines where
a new line starts, the one on the bottom determines where a continued line
starts (and where the text begins after a bullet point).
