I need to remove the endnote separator lines in a word 2007 document. The
first line that separates the endnotes from the main document is okay, but I
don't want a separator line on each page of endnotes. Also, I need to place a
bibliography after my endnotes, and I don't want the bibliography to be
formatted as endnotes.

Switch Draft view and then press Alt+V,F and then select the Endnote
Separator from the pull down in the top border of the Endnotes pane and do
what you want with it.

Another way when in draft view is to click on the Show notes item in the
Footnotes section of the Review tab. You must however be in Draft view to
be able to change/delete the separator.
