I have a long column of numbers which cotins many blank cells. I want to
remove all blank cells, providing a shorter list contining only numbers

Data>Filter>Antilitter select blanks and then delete the visible rows (blue
row number on mine)

Select the column then F5>Special>Blanks>OK

With blanks selected Edit>Delete>Cells>Shift Up.

Or Delete>Entire Row.

Edit>Go To>Special>Blanks>OK

Edit>Delete>Entire Row.
