How do I remove attachments from MULTIPLE files in outlook 2002

Office XP Pro - Outlook 2002 with MS Exchange server

I send lots of emails that contain attachments, this takes up a lot of disk
space unless I remove the attachments, however it takes ages to do this one
at a time. Is there any way of just selecting all the mails in question and
removing the attachments from them in one go?

You can't do this natively in Outlook AFAIK.
