How do I remove a text box from a table?

I can't get the header row to work and I read the earlier post about removing
the text box. I have definitely determined that the table is in a text box.
How do I remove the text box and leave the table intact?

Convert the text box to a frame, then remove the frame. Ctrl+Z will back out
if it all goes awry :)

I couldn't see the text box without converting the table to text, but I
finally found the solution. With the table selected, right click on table >
table properties, set text wrapping to None. Reset header row. When I
converted table to text with the text wrap set to None, I no longer had the
text box.
