How do I remove a listed service?

I installed a packages Apache/MySQL/Perl/PHP and later
uninstalled it.

Apparently the uninstall process was not clean.

The Apache and MySQL services are still showing up in my
list of local services. I have disabled them since they
no longer exist.

How do I remove them (or Manually uninstall them) from
the list of services?

your own services with this tool as well.
