I see exchange has the ability-- but can I reject messages from specific
sendors and auto reply that the message was not accepted.??

You create a rule. They will however be excepted but deleted or whatever you
wish to do with them.
I'm unsure as to why you would wish to send an auto reply as this merely
confirms your address.

I know about rules where I can pick addresses and have their emails go right
to junk or a special folder etc. My wife wants someone to know she is not
reading their emails whjich is why I was looking for someway to block an
address and have the sender know their emails are being blocked.

It's nice that she wants to tell them, but if they're a spammer, she'll just
get more spam. So put the manners away and just add them to the junk
senders list.

That's a bad idea.
