How do I reinstall Phone Tools?

Since you apparently cannot reinstall the free version of Phone Tools
(which I believe comes with WinXP) from the manufacturers web site at
(bvrp.com) I am left wondering how DO you reinstall it from the WinXP
CD-ROM?

Since Phone Tools does _NOT_ come with Windows XP, you will have to find a
new belief system.

I need to pray at the altar of the modem driver software.

Yes old Phone Tools. It is a separate entity from MS mate. I lost mine when
I converted to broadband as the PhoneT kept looking for the dialup modem. I
have tried contacting the suplier, but have had no response. I need its fax
facility.
