how do i reflect a negative amount in brackets in excel?

If your question is that you have negative numbers and you want to know how
to format the cells to show the negative numbers in brackets, rather than
with a minus sign in front, then one option through Custom formatting is:
General;(General)

Also, how would i reflect that number eith decimals?. ie. (123 000,00)

Use whatever format you would otherwise have used, & modify it by using
brackets instead of the minus sign in the format statement, for example:
# ##0.00;(# ##0.00)

You really want spaces for the thousands separator?

For me (with my USA dot decimal point):
format|Cells|number tab|custom category
### ### ##0.00;(### ### ##0.00);0;@
positive;negative;0;text

I would think that you'd have to replace the dots with commas in that string:
### ### ##0,00;(### ### ##0,00);0;@
