How do I re-arrange the order of the folders in All Mail Folders?

I was forced to re-set up my profile and now my personal folders appear above
my msn account e-mail. Since I have numerous folders and sub-folders, I must
navigate down to get to the inbox where new mail is delivered. I would like
to have my msn folder appear above the personal folders.
 
How about just adding your Inbox to the Favorite Folders list (right-click
it) so that it always appears at the top?

Thanks for the tip. I have added the inbox to to the favorite folder list
and this works to some extent, but I still have to scroll way down to clear
up junk mail, etc and delete items, etc. I suppose Microsoft doesn't think
this is a significant issue, so it is obvious to me that they don't use their
products. Otherwise, we wouldn't have "cottage industries" devoted to
figuring out how to use the products.
 
You can add each of those to your Favorites list if you like, and I can
assure you that they do use Outlook at Microsoft. :-)
