How do I queue email messages?

After creating an email message and clicking send (putting it in the outbox),
I'd like for it to wait until I click the send/receive button to actually
send the message.
 
Place Outlook in offline mode (File-> Work Offline)

Click Tools>Mail Setup and uncheck "Send immediately when connected"
