How do I put tag lines on Mozilla Thunderbird

Where do I look to find out how to do this. When I use the help it
takes me on line and I can't find anything.

Do you mean signatures?
Go to your news account settings, there is a tick box/browse to add a
signature, which can be stored anywhere on your computer in a text file.

Look in account settings for each account and check the box that says
"Add taglines,"

No. Use a program because it is easy to use a different tag on any post.
