How do I put on a hyperlink that will let vistors download a file

I want people who visit my site to be able to download a screensaver i have
created. How do i ddo this please?
 
Place it in a zip file, place the zip file "inside" your web. Create a link to the file and then
Publish.

Hyperlink as usual, but in this case, make the scr file the hyperlink. It
will show in a download window.

Put it in a zip file. File | Import it into your local FP web, create a link
to it on a page, publish to your host.

Most .scr files will be treated as malicious by any AV program
- put it in a zip file
