I am using Windows XP. If this is not the correct newsgroup tell me where
to go.
I have an Olympus DS-330 voice recorder. I download my interview recordings
onto my PC utilizing the program that came with the recorder. I sometimes
want to move these recordings from my PC to an audio CD to share with other
interested parties. I have attempted but haven't had any luck. What do I
have to do to do this?

What format are the audio files from your recorder saved in? You may be able to use Windows Media Player to copy them to an audio CD, if they're in a format it recognizes.

They come out of the recorder as DSS files

That sounds like a proprietary format. You might check the software that you use to pull these files off and see if it supports WAV, MP3 or other format.
