Second, the image must reside on a server and the image must be linked to
the server's address.
The version of Outlook would have reduced the possibility of the remainder
being inapplicable.
With Outlook 2007 (Not much different in Outlook 2003 as I recall):
Choose Options from the Tools drop down menu. Click on the Mail Format tab.
Click on Signatures and Stationery.
Create your signature lines and then click on Picture icon. Browse to the
picture. Once inserted, select the picture, click on the Insert Link icon
and insert the absolute link to the image on the web server. Such as: http://www.anthemwebs.com/images/AnthemLogo.gif
