How do I put an underintensifd diagonal mesege across a word doc?

I am trying to put a diagonal message across a work Document that appears on
every page and is a very large font and is underintensified. How do I do it?
 
It's called "Watermark"; if you'll reveal your version of Word,
someone will be happy to explain it.
