how do i put a word file in the BODY of an e-mail message?

I have a document, both in Word and PDF formats. I want to insert the
contents of the document (which has pictures and text) into the BODY of an
outgoing e-mail message. It also has some "links" that need to work once it
is placed IN the e-mail.

I do not want it to be sent as an attachment.

Anyone? Please. Kind of in a rush to fnd this out.

not much you can do with the pdf buy open the word document and copy and
paste it into the email
 
Try opening the document, then copy and paste what you want to transfer into
the body of the email.
