My old hard drive crashed, but I have it up and running, and I'm pulling off
the data I care about. How do I transfer my saved email from the old drive to
the new one? I've reinstalled outlook express from scratch on the new drive.

If the files were saved as an archive, you can look for the .pst file under
the "documents and settings\username\microsoft\outlook" folder and transfer
that to your new machine.

realize that Outlook express is not the same as Outlook, and some
functionality may be missing.

Kkat's advice will do you no good because Outlook Express doesn't use .pst
files.

1) Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
2) Visit http://www.insideoe.com/
