Our internal management emailed a document back and forth internally,
tracking the changes. Once completed, the changes were accepted and then the
document was emailed to the client. Unfortunately, the client apparently has
Windows XP which has an option to view, markup, which revealed confidential
changes which had occurred previously.
Does anyone know how to protect a document once the changes have been
accepted, before sending on the a client? I know converting to pdf would
work, but it's a drastic measure. We'd like to leave it in Word in case the
client wants to make changes. Thanks for any advice.
