How do I program the First Combo Box filters info displayed in se

I still trying to create 3 combo boxes that are dependant upon one another
the the list displayed. I need the first combo box to show company sections.
Based on the company section selected, the second combo box would display
the divisions in that section. Based on the division selected in the second
combo box, the third box would display the departments in the selected
division.
