how do i print hidden text only

I have a document that is French but also contains the English translation as
hidden text. Is there a way for me to just print the hidden portion of the
document.

There is no built-in way. However, if there is some type of formatting you
don't use (e.g., double-underlining), you could use Find/Replace to change
all hidden text to double-underlining and not hidden, then change all
non-double-underlined text to hidden, and finally change all
double-underlined text to non-double-underlined. Print, excluding the hidden
text, then reverse the process (which you could do by clicking UnDo three
times, assuming no other edits have taken placed).

If this works for you and you have a recurring need, you could record a
macro to do it for you.
