We use a shared printer in the office. It would be great if every printout
included user name, date and time at the bottom. I know this can be done,
just can't find the solution in Office 2007.

you need to add a footer to the printout that includes that information. In
outlook go to file, page setup - select the type of printout and choose
header/footer tab.

if you log into the printer, your printer may support adding this to every
printout.
