How do I print an email message with the attachment icons?

In Outlook 2000 I was able to print an email message showing the text and
attachment icons. With 2003 I am only able to print the text. Is there a
setting or option that I need to change?

Before printing, change the format of your message to plain text and your
attachment names will print.
