How do I print an email message including icons for attachments.

When i print an email message that has an attachment the printed page does
not show any detail of an attachment. For example I would expect to see a
file name or an icon depicting a file.
 
Hi Weighty,
please dont use HTML Format to print your email.
Use Text or RTF Format to print out the attachments
