How do I prevent wanted emails from being deleted automatically o.

There some important emails I want and welcome but are being deleted
immediately on arrival and being sent to deleted folder. I would like to
prevent this from happening, but I have failed to resolve this issue. Help is
urgently needed. Please

Disable the rule that is doing the deletion.

If it's not a rule, then it's an add-in, like an anti-virus or anti-spam
scanner.

To make sure it's not a rule, start Outlook with the /cleanrules switch. If
you have rules, export them first so you can import them after cleaning up.

rule switch?

Not without knowing your Outlook version, which as far as I can tell, you've
neglected to post.
