How do I prevent Outlook with Norton Antispam plug-in from crashi.

There are 3 users set up on my computer.
Outlook with Norton Anti-Spam 2004 plugin always crashes when a new user
logs in and tries to launch Outlook. When rerun, the program then launches
with plug-in disabled. Enabling the plug-in then means a relaunch. The the
program with plug-in runs flawlessly time after time … until the user logs
out and a new user logs in and tries to run Outlook. Then the problem rears
its ugly head again!
Anyone have any suggestions?

Check for an update to Norton's Anti-Spam plugin, as it's what is causing
the problem.
