How do I prepare a catalog of Word or Adobe files accessible via .

I am lookig for an easy way to crate a catalog on CD of about 40 products,
for each of which I have a specification sheet in Word or Adobe. It should
have a central index, from which one can choose a product , click on it and
go to the Word or Adobe specifciation page.

Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.

Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup.
