How do i populate 2 column in a combo?

here's how i populate 1st column:

With cboFILTERS
.RowSource = "'NEED A LETTER'," _
& "'NEW STARTS', " _
& "'ACTIVE CLIENTS', " _
& "'COMPLETE AWAITING CERT', " _
& "'CERT NOT COLLECTED', " _
& "'COLLECTED CERT', " _
& "'ALL CLIENTS'"
