How do I "point" my mail to the .pst file

Our server people had to delete my email account and re-add it. We use
Microsoft Exhange. Now when I log in, all my emails, contacts, etc. are
missing. They tell me to re-add the profile and make sure it is pointing to
the .pst file on my pc and everything will show back up. How do i do this?
I re-added the profile, but can't figure the other part out.

Any help is appreciated!
 
Search for pst-files on your harddisk and use File-> Open-> Outlook Data
File... connect to it
