When you open your presentation in PowerPoint, at the bottom right you should have three buttons. when you mouse over them you should see "normal", "slide sorter", and "slide show" Just click on the slide show one.

I can't play my slide show even when I press F5 of play slide show!
What shall I do now?
Check in Slide Show > set up show that you have the show set to play on the
primary monitor.
