I am trying to place a macro at the top left hand corner of a page and cannot
get it to accept ctrl+alt+page up as part of the macro

What is it that you are trying to do? You can't place macros on the page -
they are pieces of code that run tasks in the background.

I believe he wants to create a macro to place the insertion point at the top
of the page.

The reference to Ctrl+Alt+PageUp is a hint.
