How do I open hyperlinks in received messages?

I have Outlook 2007 and am unable to open links within e-mails or use the
reply function.

If the Reply button is unavailable it usually means you have not activated
your installation of Office/Outlook yet.

Thanks for the prompt response. Sorry, I was a little vague. The error
message I get when I click on a link within an e-mail is "This operation has
been cancelled due to restictions in effect on this compute". When I click on
reply, all appears well but the message is returned as undeliverable.

That is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
