How do I open by Outlook express back up files in Outlook 2003

Before upgrading to Office 2003 I backed up my outlook express files, (mail
and address book). However I now try to upload these files to Outlook Office
2003 and it wont work! Any clues? I have followed the processed outlined in
help, but I get a message saying that the files are in use, when in fact
there not!

Hi - you can't just open Outlook Express files in Outlook 2003.
You need to open them in Outlook Express, and then export them to Outlook
once you've set up a profile in Outlook.
