How do I name my different email accounts that are on the some se.

I have different e-mail accounts that are on the same server. When I go to
send an e-mail, I want to choose which account to send it from. Since they
all come out named the same [mail.domain.com, mail domain.com(2),
(e-mail address removed)(3)], I can't easily tell which is which.

You can name each e-mail account with a unique name. It's a property of
the e-mail account's definition. Call the account whatever you want.
Change the "Mail Account" field under the "More Settings" option when
editing the properties for an e-mail account.
