How do I move Outlook info from an old computer to a new computer?

I am using Microsoft Office XP Standard for Students and Teachers. I just purchased a new computer and need to transfer all of my Outlook contacts, e-mail, and settings to my new computer from my old computer. How do I do this?
 
The file you need to copy and reuse is your Personal Folders file (*.pst)
It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
