How do I move existing textboxes onto a new frame?

I want to organise my textboxes by adding them to different frames

I always thought that textboxes should be cut n pasted onto a frame but that
didn't work - it pasted all the textboxes below the frame?

How do I move existing textboxes onto a new frame?
