Thanks for your helpful answer. It was just what I needed. Once I'd
followed your steps, I tried to see if there was a way to do it from the
menus in Outlook 2003.
Here's another way to do it using the menu choices from Outlook. From
Outlook 2003, Choose File / Import and Export / Export to a file / When it
asks for Create a file of type: choose Personal Folder File / Select the
folder to export from: choose Personal Folders...and click on the box that
says Include subfolders / Save exported file as: it defaults to backup.pst
...and choose one of the options....I chose Do not export duplicate items /
In the Name box, type Personal Folder 2 ...click OK....
Now you need to copy the pst file to the desktop on the second computer.
After you've done that, from the second computer, open Outlook 2003 / Choose
File / Open / Outlook Data File....and then browse for the .pst file on the
desktop. / Highlight the file, click on Ok.
