How do i modify the look for /find tool bar to search only "from"

I want to change the outlook find tool bar to search only for From
addresses. I can do it using the advanced find which is opening one more
window again. Is there a setting to modify the find tool bar to search only
for From header. If any one knows please let me know.

I don't think you can change that, but CTRL+SHIFT+F is an easy shortcut to
the Advanced Find dialog.
