how do I merge two separate mail boxes in outlook 2003

I have a hotmail mail box and uk2 mail box and want all mail in one outlook
mail box. When I send e mails from my outlook mail box I cant get it to show
on the e mail my non hotmail route direct e mail address although this it
replies to my right address ie the e mail shows its from my hotmail account.
I have set it up so mail gets sent via hotmail.

You can't, unless you're using Outlook Live. HTTP accounts always get their
own message stores.
